-I thought that maybe adding the parabolic speaker above would simulate the whole Tui being in trees better.
-Maybe adding a NFC component which links into the app where the people can scan in the recordings of the Tui sound.
-The screens would be playing a video of Tuis in their habitat.
-Added Colour and Imagery- I used brown and green because they are standard colours of trees. However, I might experiment with other colours since I also want to incourporate the pahutakawa tree colours somehow (inject more NZ stuff into the exhibit idea).
-Still need to find out how the person talking into mic will correspond to the Tui Sound. This idea came from, the whole idea that Tuis are very intellegent and can copy calls like parrots.
-They are known as the honeyeaters and love plants so thats why I put a pahutakawa.
-I want to have the whole looked up at the Tui feeling since Tuis are usually high up and singing in trees. The video playing would ideally be of Tuis up in the trees.
-Thinking of maybe adding digital screens to enable users to select which environment the tui will appear to be in. This is because Tui can be found in both cities and bush (idea of being able to personalise the experience).
-Having this option would also allow for changing the sounds of the calls since Tui from different areas have different calls.
Other things
-Draw up different angles
-Select a tui from an area- then make sound- then Tui call
